Being grounded deep in the healing nature of Paradise Canyon outside of Santa Barbara, specializing in Esalen Massage and working at Esalen currently, the energy and history of the style flows through our session. We will design the whole experience you are looking for.
With over ten years of experience in a number of modalities, my goal is to hear you and listen as well with my years of experience.
I want to understand your expectations and also, see what your body actually needs. We will harmonize with the meadow breeze's, just like syncing with the waves of the coast, and find a nurturing rhythm, and dance together energetically. The magical synergy comes from what we create together.

A Therapist Who Cares, and is Clear
My mission is to help you heal and feel at peace. We all need a nervous system reset through softness and calm plus nurturing touch. I want you to leave your session feeling better, but my priority is your overall health. This work resonates on many deep levels to reach the mind, body and spirit to restore innate peace.
To be clear, the sessions are NON SEXUAL.
They are sensual in the way of allowing more attention to reside with your senses and drink in the moment you are in. Hopefully, if I'm doing my job right, I am softening you into a space of openness and of deep relaxation.

I love communication! And during these sessions the focus is inward and all about you.
You and I will chat as we check in, get all settled on the table and then take some time to drop in. The session will be non-verbal except for massage feedback, needs, and changes and yummy sounds. We can check in and debrief latter on and all of this we will go over to make sure you have plenty of rest and relax time. That's when the magic happens.

Esalen massage is based in Gestalt therapy of acceptance of the whole self, which restores and reharmonizes the bio rhythms and 10 systems of the body.
In the end I will leave you and let you rest which allows the system to reoganismically reorder itself. A system reboot by gently going off line for awhile and resting. There will be lots of time and space.
Deep tissue is not always the answer.
A blend of modalities can heal the aches and pain. And with more space in the body, and release of tension, the wisdom of the system will heal itself, and the leave the soul refreshed and renewed.
Sometimes we feel deeper is better. Maybe.
And there are two definitions of the word deep.
Many of us are usually we looped in a pattern of stress and conflict and peace would feel foreign if offered. A blend of both usually can settle the nerves into surrender and expansive peace. Just the bird song should send you!
